DESCRIPTION
This subway-level urban dining hall underwent a complete transformation, revitalizing the space and elevating the customer experience. The combination of numerous large columns and a low, open ceiling had previously made the environment feel cluttered. The renovation focused on visually streamlining the space and creating a more cohesive, open atmosphere.
A bright, well-lit environment was achieved through a carefully chosen light sources and a color palette that amplifies the lighting throughout the hall. Strategically designed contrasting zones introduce depth and energy, adding moments of drama while maintaining a welcoming, airy atmosphere. These cues define seating areas and circulation paths, making the dining hall more comfortable, intuitive, and enjoyable to spend time in.
The result is a refreshed, contemporary urban destination that feels larger, brighter, and far more inviting—an elevated experience for diners navigating the city's lively rhythm.
