DESCRIPTION
The project comprised of the renovation of the atrium common area ground floor space of this office building. The objective was to create an amenity space for the building tenant users that could be used as a social gathering space, remote workspace, or dining space. Design was developed to create a more inviting, cohesive space that included upgraded tenant storefronts, flooring, lighting, custom furnishings, signage, elevator lobby and security desk.
