DESCRIPTION
This project comprised of the re-design of the street level façade as well as the reconfiguration of the lobby to incorporate the new LRT transit station that connects directly to the lobby space. The façade's appeal was elevated by introducing sleek stainless-steel columns, a glass canopy and digitally printed glass to highlight the entry doorway. On the interior, the existing red granite floor was modified to incorporate white quartz floor inserts and new porcelain marbleized white tile walls. A glass cube vestibule was conceived to mitigate the harsh winter winds, while blending seamlessly into the double volume space. Crisp white ceilings and warm lighting enhance the overall space.
