DESCRIPTION Lawrence Allen Centre is a community centre with a multi-level retail space with office spaces on the upper levels, overlooking into an atrium space. Our design team focused on breathing new life into this outdated centre by simplifying existing architectural elements and introducing a fresh colour palette, playful art elements and whimsical seating, all of which reinforce the new branding of the centre. The renovation also encompassed revitalizing the food court and tenant design criteria, reconfiguring and updating the washrooms, providing new customer service facilities and soon to be completed refurbishment of the exterior façade.
