DESCRIPTION A complete overhaul of the existing dining hall space and adjacent public washrooms was conceived to create a destination space that provided customers with a more sophisticated dining experience. Two different zones were developed; a dark and moody zone incorporated a dark structural ceiling, a custom feature chandelier and a series of comfortable banquettes. In the lighter warm zone, high communal counters and lounge seating are introduced under a white and wood diamond grid ceiling. Tenant storefronts have been framed differently in the two zones to create a more consistent and impactful storefront expression.
